Joyce Joshua is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in leading sustainable development and community empowerment initiatives across Tanzania. As the Chief Executive Officer of TASI, she brings a visionary approach to strategic planning and organizational growth.

With a strong background in project management and community engagement, Joyce has successfully spearheaded numerous programs focused on environmental resilience, public health, and youth empowerment. Her dedication to fostering positive socio-economic change has consistently delivered impactful results in rural and urban communities alike.

Joyce's leadership is characterized by a commitment to integrity, accountability, and sustainable practices. She continues to inspire her team and partners as they work together to create a brighter future for Tanzania through TASI's diverse and impactful initiatives.

Finance and Administrative Manager

Joachim Anselim is a registered professional (ACPA-PP) by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) in Tanzania, bringing over eleven years of comprehensive experience in auditing and accounting across various private and government organizations. He is a dedicated member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Tanzania chapter.

Joachim holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dar es Salaam and an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from St. Augustine University of Tanzania. His academic background is complemented by practical expertise in strategic planning, business analysis, financial management, environmental and social management. He has honed his auditing and accounting skills through continuous professional development and a history of successfully delivering various assignments.

Joachim's diverse expertise and unwavering commitment to advancing accountability and efficiency position him as a valuable asset to TASI and the wider landscape of auditing and financial management within the NGO sector in Tanzania.

Program Manager

Dr Jackson Ilangali has over nine years of dedicated experience in public health. He is an accomplished leader and technical expert in the planning and execution of public health initiatives. His background includes extensive work in HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and capacity building, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance healthcare quality.

Dr Jackson's qualifications encompass a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Implementation Sciences from The University of Manchester and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University College (KCMU-Co). He is deeply committed to elevating healthcare standards and accessibility, both nationally and internationally.

Dr. Jackson's enthusiasm for the opportunity to contribute to TASI's endeavors to improve healthcare and education access for children, youth, and women in Tanzania aligns perfectly with his unwavering passion and extensive experience in public health program management within the NGO sector.
